Response Comments posted by a Reviewer or Responder can be:

• Retrieved from the Standard Response Comments table by clicking the Edit button to navigate to the Select Response Comment window, selecting the Response Comment from the Available Records section and then clicking the OK button to include the selected Response Comments in the response

• Changed by a higher level Reviewer by clicking a code number link in the Comment Code column and then modifying the text of that Response Comment

• Removed by clicking the Edit button to navigate to the Select Response Comment window and then clicking the Remove check box to delete the unwanted Response Comment

Review Comments previously posted by any of the Reviewers assigned to this application will become Response Comments when the Responder performs the Build Response action. These Response Comments can be included in or excluded from the response by the Responder.

This check box is not displayed if this Response Comment was selected by the user logged on. Response Comments selected by the user logged on can be removed by clicking the Add/Remove button and removing them on the Common Selection window.
