Response Comments Screen Security
The application team, receivers and approvers cannot access this screen.
All reviewers have read-only access to the screen and can post comments. Reviewers with direct reports have the ability to include or exclude their comments.
The Reviewer can consolidate all comments posted by other reviewers who report directly. Reviewer can also edit lower level Reviewer comments.
Responders can add, change, and delete posted responses. They can also consolidate Response Comments from all Reviewers along with the Response Comments they posted.
All Reviewers must be finalized before the Responder can build the Response.
