An authorized user can use the Manage Permit Security screen to add a new or to access an existing  Permit Security Record.

1.      Click the Permit Information hyperlink in the Permit section on the Permit Information Screen.

2.      To add a new Permit Security Record click the New button near the right-hand side of the Security Information section.

3.      To access an existing Permit Security Record click the applicable security (hyperlink) in the Security Type column of the Security Information section.
