Permit, License, and Supplement Conditions Screens
The Permit, License and Supplement Conditions screens enable Reviewers and Responders to apply conditions to an application. Reviewers can include or exclude conditions posted by reviewers who report their results directly to them. When building the Response, a Responder can include or exclude conditions submitted by the reviewers.
Conditions are identified by unique codes that correspond to a detailed description. Reviewers and responders can view codes and descriptions before adding a condition to an application. The screen displays changes (inclusions or exclusions) made by reviewers.
Three screens are used to view and apply conditions: Permit (License or Supplement) Conditions, Select Permit (License or Supplement) Conditions and Manage Permit (License or Supplement) Conditions.
Reviewer Rules for Working with Conditions
Level 5 Reviewer:
· Identifies conditions/comments to be included
Level 4 Reviewer:
· Reviews all conditions/comments posted by Level 5 Reviewers with a finalized status.
· Can add conditions/comments.
· Can include or exclude conditions/comments posted by Level 5 Reviewers.
· Cannot edit conditions/comments posted by Level 5 Reviewers.
· Cannot finalize the review until Level 5 Reviewers have finalized their reviews.
Level 3 Reviewer:
· Reviews all conditions/comments posted by Level 4 Reviewers with a finalized status.
· Can add conditions/comments.
· Can include or exclude conditions/comments posted by Level 4 Reviewers.
· Cannot edit conditions/comments posted by Level 4 Reviewers.
· Cannot finalize the review until Level 4 Reviewers have finalized their reviews.
Level 2 Reviewer:
· Reviews all conditions/comments posted by Level 3 Reviewers with a finalized status.
· Can add conditions/comments.
· Can include or exclude conditions/comments posted by Level 3 Reviewers.
· Cannot edit conditions/comments posted by Level 3 Reviewers.
· Cannot finalize the review until Level 3 Reviewers have finalized their reviews.
Level 1 Reviewer:
· Reviews all conditions/comments posted by Level 2 Reviewers with a finalized status.
· Can view all conditions/comments, including the conditions/comments posted by a Level 3 Reviewer that were excluded by the Level 2 Reviewer.
· Can add their own conditions/comments.
· Can include or exclude conditions/comments posted by Level 2 Reviewers.
· Cannot edit conditions/comments posted by Level 2 Reviewers.
· Cannot finalize the review until the Level 2 Reviewers have finalized their reviews.
Responders cannot access this screen. When responding to an application, Responders select and approve permit conditions using the Response Conditions screen.
