Permit (License, Supplement) Conditions section

Displays the following conditions for permits, licenses and supplements:

• posted by the user logged on

• posted by all finalized reviewers that report directly or indirectly to this Reviewer when the user logged on is a Reviewer

• posted by all Reviewers assigned to this application when the user logged on is the Responder for this application

Conditions posted by the user logged on (Reviewer or Responder) can be:

• edited by clicking on the link in the Permit Code column and then modifying the text of that condition

• deleted by clicking the Edit button to navigate to the Select Permit Condition window and then clicking the Remove check box to delete that condition

• deleted by clicking the Add/Remove button and deleting the unwanted conditions on the Permit Conditions Common Selection window

• retrieved from the Standard Permit Conditions table by clicking the Add/Remove button

Conditions previously posted by another Reviewer can be included or excluded.

The link in this column is disabled when this condition was not posted by the user logged on

Changed

Display only

Yes indicates the condition was changed. No indicates condition has original text from the standard Permit Conditions list.

The explanatory text that if selected will print on the permit if the permit is issued.

Reviewer

Name of the reviewer that originally selected this condition

Include

Indicates this condition is to be included or excluded from the Response.

If Yes was selected when the Save or Save & Exit button is clicked; this condition will be flagged so that it will be included in the Response.

If No was selected when the Save or Save & Exit button is clicked; this condition will be flagged so that it will not be included in the Response.

This dropdown is disabled if this condition was selected by the user logged on. Conditions selected by the user logged on can be removed by clicking the Edit button and removing them on the Common Selection window.
