Individual cost of a single unit of activity. Populated upon display based on Regulation Section and Regulation Reference No. Cannot be modified by EPS users unless amount is blank.

Item Fee

Dollar value calculation: Unit Fee x Number of Units. Calculated; cannot be modified.
