Application Information Screen
Create Minimum Use Driveway Screen
The Application Information screen displays information about an application, permit or license and provides links to additional functions based on type, role, and status.
· If the application is for a Minimum Use Driveway (MUD), the screen name changes to Minimum Use Driveway Application Information, a Minimum Use Driveway link is added to Application Setup. The Application Identifications link is not available.
· If the application is for a Bridge Occupancy License (BOL), the screen name changes to BOL Application Information and the Permit section is replaced with License.
· If the application is for a Traffic Signal Permit (TSP), the screen name does not change. However, section shading is yellow.
Basic information about the applicant is shown in the Application section of the screen. The Application Details Information section displays basic information about the type of permit or license.
The link for Linked HOPs and TSPs in the Setup section changes wording based on linkage type.
· If there is no linkage, Link HOP List displays.
· If HOP and TSP links exist, Linked TSP/HOP List displays.
· If two HOPs are linked together, Linked HOP List displays.
For users with update or edit rights to applicant or details information, an Edit button is available on the Application and Application Details Information sections of the screen. If a user does not have edit rights, this screen displays in read-only mode.
Applicants, co-applicants and engineering firms can make changes to application details until the application has been submitted.
Receivers can make changes to application details until a reviewer is assigned and the receiver's task is completed.
NOTE: ePermitting currently defaults the Permit Group to HOP (Highway Occupancy Permit) unless the application is for BOL (Bridge Occupancy License) or TSP (Traffic Signal Permit).
