Removing an Assigned Inspector

An authorized PennDOT user is able to Remove an Assigned Inspector (if necessary) without removing any applicable Reimbursable records.

To remove an Assigned Inspector:

1.      Navigate to the Inspections & Closeout screen.

2.      Click the Remove button (hyperlink) next to the applicable Inspector listed in the Inspectors section.

3.      When EPS prompts you to confirm, click the OK button to return to the Inspections & Closeout screen, which still lists the Inspector in the Inspectors section, but now reflects a status of Removed.

An authorized PennDOT user is able to Re-assign a Removed Inspector, if necessary.

An authorized PennDOT user is able to Create a Reimbursable Record for the removed Inspector, if necessary.
