All supplements must be finalized; i.e. issued, denied, not required, or withdrawn.

1.   Sets status of permit and all issued supplements to 'Closed'.

2.  Sets status of all draft supplements to 'Withdrawn'.

3.  Sends 'Permit Closed' notice to:

· Permittee with Closed Permit document attached, see 'Closed Permit' section below and for details.

· If Pavement Alteration is Yes, also sends notice to Resource Account for the RMS Coordinator in the district listed on the permit.
