Editing Assigned Inspector Details

After Assigning an Inspector to a permit, you are able to edit their contact information (Email address and phone number), if necessary.

To edit an assigned Inspectors contact information:

1.      Navigate to the Inspections & Closeout Screen.

2.      Click the Assigned Inspector's name (hyperlink) under the Name column in the Inspectors section.

Note: The hyperlink is active only when the Inspector status is not Completed or Removed.

3.      In the Manage Inspector screen, edit the Email Address and/or the Phone Number fields.

4.      Click the [Save & Exit] button to return to the Inspections & Closeout screen, which now reflects the update information.

Note: Any future notifications sent to the Inspector will now go to the updated Email address.
