Supplement Information Screen
The Supplement Information screen is available to view applications for permit and license supplements after a supplement is issued. It shows key supplement data, such as header information and dates. It can be found under the Supplement tab, beside the Supplement sub-tab. The Supplement Information screen is always display-only.
Note: Minimum Use Driveway - plan supplements do not have co-applicants, engineers, or additional contact information.
