Deleting a PSA
Users can delete PSAs under the following conditions:
· Users with the role of Responder or Authorizer can delete PSAs with the status of Submitted or Reviewed.
· Users can delete any PSA they created that has not yet been reviewed.
To delete a PSA:
1. Login to ePermitting. The Applications Portal screen displays.
2. Select My PSA Work Queue from the Work Queue menu. The My PSA Work Queue screen displays.
3. Click a PSA ID number link in the Awaiting for Approval/Review section. The Project Site Activity screen redisplays with information for the selected PSA.
4. Click the Delete button. The PSA is deleted and the Project Site Activity screen redisplays.
