Work Queue

Displays accounts that the user logged on is currently assigned to. If the user has the role of Receiver; Submitted accounts (unassigned accounts with an Account Status of Submitted) will be also be displayed. Likewise, if the user has the role of Responder; Pending Response unassigned accounts with an Account Status of Pending Response will be displayed.
