Reimbursement Search Results Screen

This screen displays the reimbursements that match the selected search criteria. If no reimbursements match, the message 'No records found' is displayed.

Reimbursements are inspection costs submitted by an inspector to a permit where continuous inspections are performed on the work associated with the HOP permit. An authorized user can search for a reimbursement record on the Reimbursement Search screen. Authorized PennDOT staff can search for reimbursements based on status or permit number.

To search for a Reimbursement:

1. Log into ePermitting. The Account Portal screen appears.

2. Under Support Functions click on the Reimbursement Search link.

3. Select Status or enter Permit Number.

4. Click Search. The Reimbursement Search Screen displays the reimbursements that match the selected search criteria. If no reimbursements match, the message 'No records found' displays.
