The EPS Administrator selects the action they want to perform, either Reassign or Mark Complete.

Some roles cannot be marked Complete as the review process cannot be completed if they do not complete their part of the review; e.g. Responders, or Receivers that have not yet assigned a Level 1 Reviewer.

In those cases the following will occur:

Receivers:

Active Receivers cannot be Marked Complete:

·        The Receiver must complete their part of the review

·        The EPS Administrator must Reassign the Receiver’s part of the review to another Receiver

Reviewers:

Active Reviewers can be Marked Complete if one of the following are true:

·        No active Reviewers report their results to them

·        All the Reviewers that report their results to them have completed their part of the review, i.e. have a Reviewer Status of Complete or Marked Complete

Otherwise:

·        The Reviewer must complete their part of the review

·        Or, the EPS Administrator must Reassign the Reviewer’s part of the review to another Reviewer

Responders:

Active Responders cannot be Marked Complete:

·        The Responder must complete their part of the review

·        The EPS Administrator must Reassign the Responder’s part of the review to another Responder

Approvers:

Active Approvers can always be Marked Complete or Reassigned

Authorizers:

Active Authorizers cannot be Marked Complete:

·        The Authorizer must complete their part of the review

·        The EPS Administrator must Reassign the Authorizer’s part of the review to another Authorizer
